These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through scentoza.com and, where relevant, purchases made directly from the Scentoza Parfums store in Qatar.

1. About Scentoza

Scentoza Parfums is a fragrance brand operated by Scentoza Trading and Services WLL, Commercial Registration No. 225423. By placing an order with Scentoza, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Fragrances

Scentoza creates independent fragrance interpretations inspired by well-known scent profiles. References to third-party fragrance names, brands or trademarks are used only to help describe scent inspiration. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Scentoza Parfums is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the referenced fragrance houses or trademark owners.

Our fragrances are not exact 1:1 replicas of the fragrances that inspired them. Differences in scent character, development, intensity and longevity may occur and are not, by themselves, product defects. Minor variations in fragrance colour may also occur between batches or over time because of fragrance oils and raw materials.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately during the ordering or checkout process.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed when an order is placed will apply to that order.

4. Payment

We currently accept:

• Online payment through Tap Payments

• Cash on Delivery

Scentoza does not collect, process or store customers' full payment-card details. Online card information is handled by Tap Payments and the applicable payment networks or financial institutions.

5. Orders

An order is considered received once it has been successfully submitted and an order confirmation has been generated.

Scentoza may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, an obvious pricing or website error, payment issues, or product availability problems. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer either a suitable alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed promptly and cannot normally be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation or other consumer right that may apply under the laws of the State of Qatar.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Scentoza currently delivers within Qatar.

Delivery Charges

Within Doha:

• Orders below QAR 200: QAR 10 delivery fee

• Orders of QAR 200 or more: Free delivery

Outside Doha, within Qatar:

• Orders below QAR 200: QAR 20 delivery fee

• Orders of QAR 200 or more: QAR 10 delivery fee

Delivery Timing

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Same-day delivery

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM: Next-day delivery

These are expected service times rather than absolute guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, major public events, unusually high order volumes, difficulty reaching the customer, courier disruption or other circumstances outside Scentoza's reasonable control. Where a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.

Delivery Information & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or the supplied delivery information is incorrect, Scentoza will make one additional delivery attempt without an additional re-delivery fee. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the customer should contact Scentoza to arrange the next step.

Depending on operational availability and logistics planning, delivery may be completed by Scentoza personnel or by a third-party delivery provider. Only information reasonably necessary to complete the delivery, such as the customer's name, phone number and delivery address, may be shared with that provider.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Proof of purchase is required for any return, replacement or refund request.

9. Product Care

• Store bottles upright.

• Keep fragrances away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid excessive heat and humidity.

• Keep the cap properly closed when not in use.

10. Product Safety

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes.

• Keep away from open flames, excessive heat and other ignition sources.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

11. Intellectual Property

The Scentoza name, Scentoza Parfums branding, logo, website content, photography, designs and other original brand materials belong to Scentoza Trading and Services WLL unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and other website information accurate. However, occasional typographical, technical or display errors may occur. Product colours and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the customer's device or screen.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Qatar law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
