This Privacy Policy explains how Scentoza Trading and Services WLL, operating under the Scentoza Parfums brand, collects and uses personal information when you visit scentoza.com, place an order or contact us.

Customers may check out as guests and are not required to create a customer account to place an order.

Online payments are processed through Tap Payments. Scentoza does not collect, process or store customers' full payment-card information. Payment details are handled by Tap Payments and the applicable payment networks or financial institutions.

We do not sell customer personal information and we do not share customer contact details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Delivery partners, where needed to complete an order

6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Scentoza currently does not use third-party advertising or analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The website may nevertheless use cookies and similar technologies necessary for Shopify and the online store to operate, including checkout, security and remembering user preferences.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including completing transactions, providing customer support, accounting, legal and regulatory requirements. Some information may need to be retained even after a deletion request where retention is required by law or legitimate business-record obligations.
